These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tvslot ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tvslot platform, website, and all associated services accessible at tvslot.cam. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the tvslot platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the tvslot website, mobile web application, and all associated software, games, tools, and services accessible at tvslot.cam.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to the Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and other bonus-specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of qualifying bets that must be placed before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are permitted.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, being the sole currency used on the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Player may suspend access to their Account for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning ascribed in Section 9 of this Agreement.

To register and maintain an Account on tvslot, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. tvslot enforces a strict minimum age policy. Persons under 21 are absolutely prohibited from accessing any real-money feature of the Platform.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or subject to a court order restricting gambling activities.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of tvslot or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable criminal law.

Registration on tvslot is free of charge. To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension.

One Account per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The opening of duplicate, linked, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, tvslot reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit any balance held therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. tvslot will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any activity conducted from your Account is your sole responsibility. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Before processing any withdrawal request, tvslot is required to verify your identity in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM) — must clearly show full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past 90 days showing your current residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay) used for deposits, confirming that the account is registered in your name.

tvslot reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage — including immediately upon registration — at our sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of the request may result in Account suspension and the forfeiture of any Bonus Balance pending at the time.

tvslot accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported payment methods:

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable bank handling fees.

tvslot reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion for fraud prevention or responsible gaming purposes.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the tvslot Account. tvslot does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per tran saction.

Maximum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 per single transaction. Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding this limit must submit multiple requests across separate processing cycles.

Processing Time: The vast majority of withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes of approval. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. tvslot's automated payout engine operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.

KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will have withdrawal requests held pending until documentation is submitted and approved.

tvslot reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, the relevant funds will be temporarily held. If a security review reveals evidence of Prohibited Conduct, the withdrawal will be declined and the Account suspended pending investigation.

tvslot offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this Section, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion at the time of issuance.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Players who have completed registration and, where stated, completed KYC verification. tvslot reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus (where offered) is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method applies.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Balances are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Specific multipliers are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting wagers contribute at rates dependent on the odds and market. Current contribution rates are published in the promotions section of the Platform.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirement must be fulfilled within the stated validity period — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permissible bet per spin or wager is Rp 500.000 unless stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Cashback & Reload Offers: Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses over the defined qualifying period and credited as Bonus Balance subject to the wagering requirement stated in the individual offer.

All games available on the tvslot Platform — including slots, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting betting) events — are governed by the specific rules published within each game or market interface.

In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, except where the conflict relates to game-specific mechanics (e.g., RTP, payout structures, draw procedures), in which case the game-specific rules govern.

Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game disruption, or server error during a game session, tvslot reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the applicable stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. No winnings shall be paid on rounds voided due to technical error.

Sportsbook — Match Abandonment: Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the standard settlement rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets affected by abandoned legs will be settled according to the published leg-removal policy.

Result Finality: All game outcomes and sportsbook settlements are considered final once confirmed by the Platform. Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the relevant settlement date.

The following activities constitute Prohibited Conduct and are strictly forbidden on the tvslot Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment instruments to fund an Account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or exploitation of predictable game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, system vulnerabilities, or game glitches to generate fraudulent winnings.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or any coordinated activity designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome in a manner that constitutes abuse of the Platform's pricing.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing, assisting, or facilitating a third party to access or operate your Account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable load on the Platform's technical infrastructure.

tvslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Detection or reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A Player's voluntary request for Self-Exclusion (see Section 11).
• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory directive, or court order.

Upon permanent Account closure, any Real Money Balance (net of voided bonuses and fraudulently generated winnings) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon closure regardless of circumstance.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may contact support at [email protected]. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

tvslot is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. We provide the following tools, all available at no cost to registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session length limits after which they will be logged out of the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Configurable on-screen reminders at set intervals displaying time elapsed in the current session and net wagering position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary exclusion (7 days to 12 months) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within one business day and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: A 24-hour or 7-day account pause is available for Players who wish to take a short break without committing to a full self-exclusion.

All content on the tvslot Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of tvslot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the Platform on any external website or application.
• Using tvslot's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tvslot's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tvslot expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or acts of war.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to comply with this Agreement or applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement limits tvslot's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by tvslot's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and service improvement.
• tvslot does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tvslot holds its primary gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and tvslot, the following resolution process applies:

1. Internal Complaint: The Player must first submit a written complaint to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. tvslot will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
2. Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the internal response, the matter may be escalated to tvslot's designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. Details of the applicable ADR body are available on request from our support team.
3. Arbitration: Where ADR does not resolve the matter, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

tvslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

The most current version of this Agreement will always be available at tvslot.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Agreement was most recently revised.
