At tvslot, we believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment, not a cause of harm. Our commitment to responsible gaming means providing every player with the tools, resources, and support needed to stay in control. Whether you're placing sports bets, playing togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), or enjoying live casino games, your wellbeing is our priority.
tvslot operates under a simple principle: gaming is meant to be fun. When it stops being fun and starts causing financial stress, relationship problems, or emotional distress, it has crossed a line. We recognise that a small percentage of players will experience problem gambling at some point in their lives, and we take our responsibility to those players seriously.
Every feature on the tvslot platform — from account registration to withdrawal processing — has been designed with player safety in mind. We employ sophisticated monitoring systems to detect early warning signs of problem gambling, and we actively reach out to players who show patterns of at-risk behaviour. Our customer support team is trained to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion, and every member of our staff understands that protecting our players is more important than protecting our revenue.
We partner with leading responsible gaming organisations across Indonesia and internationally to ensure that our policies and tools reflect current best practices. We also regularly audit our own operations to identify areas where we can do better. Responsible gaming is not a marketing slogan at tvslot — it is a core operational value embedded in everything we do.
tvslot provides a comprehensive suite of self-management tools that put you in complete control of your gaming activity. All tools are free to use and can be activated instantly from your account settings.
Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control how much you can fund into your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.
Exclude yourself from the platform for a period of 7 days to 12 months, or request permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or play. This action cannot be reversed early.
Configure on-screen reminders that appear at intervals you choose (e.g., every 30 minutes, 60 minutes, or 2 hours). Each reminder displays how long you have been playing and your net position for the session.
Set a maximum session length after which you will be automatically logged out. This tool helps prevent marathon gaming sessions that can lead to fatigue-driven poor decision-making.
Take a short break from gaming without committing to a full self-exclusion. Choose a 24-hour or 7-day pause on your account. Your balance remains safe, but you will not be able to play during the cool-off window.
Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a given period (daily, weekly, or monthly). Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to place further bets until the period resets.
Problem gambling can affect anyone regardless of age, income, or background. If you recognise any of the following behaviours in yourself or someone you know, it may be time to seek help:
If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem for you, or if you are concerned about someone else's gambling behaviour, tvslot's dedicated responsible gaming support team is available to help. All conversations are confidential, non-judgmental, and handled with the utmost care.
